Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of worker and stakeholder grievance mechanisms.
• Assess grievance systems against effectiveness criteria.
• Analyze grievance data to identify trends and risks.
• Engage suppliers to strengthen access to remedy and worker voice.
• Support investigations and root-cause analyses of human rights allegations.
• Track remediation, verify implementation, and contribute to risk assessments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address issues.
