United Overseas Bank (Malaysia) Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Senior Executive to ensure smooth daily operations in the Account Maintenance Group. You will handle end-of-day reconciliation and updates as Maker or Checker, while adhering to SOPs and SLAs.

Role requires data accuracy, regulatory awareness, and collaboration across teams. Fresh graduates are welcome, with a focus on data integrity, controls, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• A recognized Degree in any business related studies.
• Fresh graduates and those with less than 2 years working experience are encouraged to apply.
• Possess good analytical and communication skills.
• A good team player with strong interpersonal skill.
• Basic knowledge of Python, Excel Macros, advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Copilot.

Responsabilités

• Responsible for ensuring smooth execution of daily operations within the Account Maintenance Group, including end-of-day reconciliation.
• Process and maintain all customer and account-related updates as Maker or Checker.
• Review and monitor exceptional maintenance reports and NRA reports; escalate issues promptly.
• Prepare and submit management and regulatory reports accurately within timelines.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements and contribute to DR/BCP exercises.
• Assist with ad-hoc assignments such as data remediation and data validation.
