United Overseas Bank (Malaysia) Bhd is seeking a detail-focused Operations professional for the Account Maintenance Group in Kuala Lumpur. You will ensure accurate end-of-day reconciliation and process customer and account updates as Maker or Checker in accordance with SOPs and SLAs.

You will review maintenance reports, escalate issues, and prepare regulatory and management reports. The role requires strong data integrity, teamwork, and willingness to participate in UAT, DR, and ad-hoc data

Qualificações

• A recognized Degree in any business related studies.
• Fresh graduates and those with less than 2 years working experience are encouraged to apply.
• Possess good analytical and communication skills.
• A good team player with strong interpersonal skill.
• Basic knowledge of Python, Excel Macros, advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Copilot.

Responsabilidades

• Process and maintain all customer and account-related updates as Maker or Checker.
• Review and monitor maintenance reports and related exceptions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare and submit management and regulatory reports within deadlines (e.g., NRA, SREF amendments).
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system changes and assist with DR/BCP exercises.
• Assist with ad-hoc data remediation and validation tasks.
