Job summary

Talent Recruit is representing an international FMCG company hiring a Senior Accounts Executive to join the team in Ara Damansara, Malaysia. You will manage full set accounts, perform monthly closings, and prepare comprehensive financial reports with attention to accuracy and deadlines.

The role requires SST and E-invoicing experience, strong communication in English and Mandarin, and a solid background in accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set accounts and monthly closings independently.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations for all accounts.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and controls.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports for management and statutory reporting.
• Liaise with auditors as required.
• Complete ad hoc accounting tasks as assigned.

About the job Senior Accounts Executive (FMCG)

Company Background:

We are representing an international FMCG company and as they are expanding, they are hiring Senior Accounts Executive to join the team in Ara Damansara.

Job Responsibilities:

• Able to handle full set accounts, prepare monthly closing and financial reports independently under minimum supervision.
• Matching and performing the monthly bank reconciliation for all bank accounts.
• Ensuring all accounting systems, practices, controls and procedures are fully compliance with company policy.
• Matching bill for petty cash reimbursement and allocation outlet.
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports to the management in a timely and accurate manner. Will involve in statutory reports preparation as well.
• Ensure the work submitted is complete, accurate, and according to the deadline.
• You will be liaising with auditors as and when required.
• Perform other ad hoc assignments as assigned/requested.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or relevant field.
• Minimum 6 years of working experience in full set accounting.
• Experienced in full set accounting including managing SST and E-invoicing.
• Have experience in using Accounting Software.
• Good communication skill in English & Mandarin (Due to business nature)

Working Hour:

Monday - Friday, 9:00am 6:00pm (Flexi Hour)
