Kawan Food Berhad in Klang (Pulau Indah) is seeking a Senior Accounts Executive / Accounts Executive to manage the full-set accounts, including AP, AR, GL, and monthly closings in a busy manufacturing environment. You will handle fixed assets and inventory, prepare financial statements and management reports, and liaise with external auditors and secretaries as needed.

Requirements include a Degree or Diploma in Accounting, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle Netsuite

Formación

• Experience in full-set accounting and manufacturing/FMCG environments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of AR/AP/GL and monthly closings.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting.
• ERP experience, familiarity with Oracle Netsuite preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Handle full-set accounts and daily accounting operations (AP/AR/GL, Treasury, Banking).
• Perform accounts receivable reconciliation and investigate discrepancies.
• Prepare monthly closings and financial reports; maintain proper documentation.
• Update Fixed Asset Register and assist with CWIP and asset tagging.
• Assist with inventory reconciliation, stock counts, and related journal entries.
• Prepare Group financial statements and notes; liaise with auditors and company secretaries.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal controls.
