Qualifikationen

• Proficient in bookkeeping and debt collection regulations.
• Hands-on experience with accounting software and advanced Excel.

Aufgaben

• Manage day-to-day office admin work and ensure policy compliance.
• Handle accounts and ad-hoc tasks; review and reconcile accounts.
• Maintain accurate financial records including AP/AR and bank reconciliations.
• Assist with payroll processing and tax-related matters.
• Prepare monthly management accounts, variance analysis, and cash flow reports.
• Update accounting databases, liaise with auditors, tax agents, and secretaries.
• Prepare full set of accounts and ensure proper filing of documents.
