Job summary

A well-established food manufacturing company in Shah Alam seeks an experienced Accounts Executive to manage full sets of accounts and prepare financial reports. The ideal candidate should possess a Diploma or Degree in Finance or Accountancy with at least 2 years of experience, preferably with SAP knowledge and Excel proficiency. This role requires good communication skills and the ability to work independently and as a team player.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in handling full sets of accounts.
• Experience in SAP & proficiency in MS Excel will be preferable.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in month-end and year-end closing.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure proper documentation of transactions.
• Assist in budgeting, cost tracking, and inventory-related accounting for production.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and internal departments on financial matters.

We are representing a well-established food manufacturing company based in Seksyen 23,Shah Alam. As they are expanding, they are looking for an Accounts Executive experienced in handling full sets of accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in month-end and year-end closing.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure proper documentation of transactions.
• Assist in budgeting, cost tracking, and inventory-related accounting for production.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and internal departments on financial matters.
• Any other ad-hoc duties when required

Requirements

• Diploma/ Degreein Finance or Accountancy.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in handling full sets of accounts
• Experience in SAP & proficiency in MS-excel will be preferable.
• Good communication, interpersonal skills, team player and able to work independently.

Working hours and days

Mondays - Fridays (9am - 6pm)
