Job description

To handle full sets of accounts and be responsible for month-end closing, monthly reports, and other financial matters.

To prepare and provide financial information such as monthly reports, budgets, cash flow projections, financial statements, and other related materials for management review upon request.

To monitor daily bank balances and cash flow, and to prepare cash flow projections for the company.

To maintain and update the General Ledger and supporting ledgers for monthly closing.

To ensure accurate and up-to-date accounting records in the accounting system.

To identify, report, and resolve accounting-related operational issues, discrepancies, and abnormal transactions.

To ensure compliance with accounting policies and standards.

To maintain effective liaison with both internal and external parties, including bankers, auditors, tax agents, and the company secretary.

To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so set by superior.
