Job summary

Mesiniaga Berhad is looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to oversee daily accounting operations and support the finance team in maintaining precise financial records. The ideal candidate will manage a full set of accounts, prepare invoices, conduct bank reconciliations, and assist in financial reporting.

Applicants should have at least 3 years of experience in accounting and a strong knowledge of financial regulations.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of working experience as an Account Executive or in a similar role.
Possess good knowledge of accounting standards, financial regulations, and bookkeeping procedures.

Responsibilities

Handle full set of accounts and daily accounting operations.
Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and journal entries.
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closing.
Prepare financial reports and management reports.
Ensure timely submission of statutory payments and compliance matters.

About you

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
