Tai Yuan Global Resources Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Senior Accounts & Admin Executive to join our finance and administrative team in Jade Hills, Selangor.

The role covers full accounting duties, statutory filings, and office administration to ensure financial accuracy and smooth operations. Candidate should have 2+ years in accounting and administration, with proficiency in SQL Cloud Accounting Software and MS Office. Mandarin and English skills are a strong advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in accounting or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of accounting and administration experience.
• Proficient in SQL Cloud Accounting Software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication skills; Mandarin and English are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle invoices, payments, staff claims, and daily accounting entries.
• Manage customer invoicing, payment tracking, and follow-ups.
• Maintain petty cash and monthly reconciliations.
• Prepare statutory filings (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, SST, Stamp Duty, E-Invoicing).
• Liaise with vendors, auditors, tax agents, and authorities.
• Assist Director with daily operational matters and admin duties.
• Organise documentation, filing, and recruitment coordination.
