Job summary

Envision Digital Technologies SDN BHD is seeking a Senior Accountant (AP & AR) to own the cash cycle, invoicing, collections, and payments. You will work with the Treasurer and finance teams across Malaysia, Singapore and Taiwan to keep cash flow healthy and margins protected.

The role demands 5+ years of accounting, ACCA/CA, multi-currency reconciliation, and strong Excel skills. Hybrid work from Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur, with Monday and Friday WFH.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting experience.
• 2 years owning month-end close or preparing financial statements.
• High-volume, multi-currency reconciliation across multiple systems.
• Built or fixed finance processes, not just followed them.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills including SUMIFS, XLOOKUP, pivot tables.

Responsibilities

• Client invoicing and collections (AR) duties and review invoices.
• Review vendor invoices and sign off payment batches.
• Plan staggered payment releases to optimize cash flow.
• Prepare monthly P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet.
• Provide finance input on client and vendor contracts.
• Collaborate with finance teams across MY, SG and TW.
• Coach Accounting Executive and support automation initiatives.
