Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy/Finance is required; CPA/CA accreditation is an advantage.
• Minimum 3 years' relevant experience (Big 4/MNC/Regional experience is an advantage).
• Proficient in English, Microsoft Office, and Power BI; SAP/automation tools are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage AP/AR, invoice processing, payments, reconciliations, and ensure accurate financial records
• Oversee full set of accounts: GL, fixed assets, and bank transactions
• Prepare journal entries, complete month-end/quarter-end/year-end closings, and deliver financial statements and management reports
• Perform variance analysis, support budgeting and forecasting, and provide actionable financial insights
• Maintain compliance with tax and statutory regulations
• Collaborate with stakeholders across functions to drive business objectives
• Liaise with auditors, vendors, and regulatory authorities
• Identify and implement process improvements and system enhancements
• Take ownership of audit schedules and documentation
• Manage inventory accounting and support finance transformation initiatives
