You will manage client relationships, prepare financial statements, and collaborate with accounting teams to ensure timely, accurate deliverables while identifying upsell opportunities.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with CA/CPA/ACCA or equivalent.
• 5–7 years post-qualification experience in financial accounting and reporting.
• Proven track record in account management and client relationships.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysia accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with key client accounts and ensure satisfaction.
• Oversee delivery of financial accounting and reporting services for clients.
• Prepare and present financial statements and analyses to clients.
• Identify upselling opportunities and expand client relationships.
• Collaborate with accounting and finance teams to ensure timely deliverables.
• Monitor accounts for issues and implement corrective actions.
