Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of working experience in accounting or a similar role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Familiarity with standard accounting principles and local tax regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage full set of accounts (AR, AP, GL) and ensure accurate records.
• Process invoices, delivery orders, and payment vouchers.
• Monitor stock balances, perform inventory reconciliations, and report to management.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and cash flow statements.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and company secretaries for statutory compliance.
• Provide admin and operational support to management as needed.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
