Job summary

CS Lee & Associates in Malaysia seeks an Account Executive to compile, analyse and report financial data and prepare full set accounts with related schedules. You will liaise with clients for documents, maintain records, and prepare audit schedules.

The role requires handling confidential information and SST support, with ad-hoc tasks from management. Fresh graduates are welcome, and relevant accounting qualifications or progress in professional exams are expected.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess relevant accounting qualification or currently pursuing professional accounting examinations.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related accounting field (Account Executive).
• Fresh graduates also welcome to apply.
• Knowledge of computerized accounting software and Microsoft Office.
• Familiar with accounting standards.
• Experience in Auto-Count accounting software will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Compiling, analyzing and reporting financial data.
• Preparing the full set accounts and related schedules and listings.
• Liaise with clients for requesting documents and information for preparation of full set accounts.
• Maintain proper record of documents.
• Preparing related schedules for audit purposes.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Assist with SST preparation and submission.
• Other ad-hoc assignments assigned by management.
