Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan Eternity Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Accounting Executive to lead the accounting team and oversee service delivery for SME clients. You will manage client relationships, review accounting matters, and drive quality across the portfolio.

Requirements include a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax or related field; ACCA/CIMA/MIA or equivalent qualifications are an added advantage. Onsite, Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm, Kuala Lumpur.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax or related field.
• ACCA, CIMA, MIA, or equivalent professional qualification is an added advantage.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience with team management.
• Experience handling SME industry client portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end accounting services for the client portfolio.
• Review complex accounting matters and provide guidance to the team.
• Manage key client relationships, including enquiries and escalations.
• Coach and develop accounting team members.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Monitor department performance and report to senior management.
