LITTLE ONES BIG IMPACT SDN BHD in Puchong, Selangor is seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our growing finance team. In this full-time role, you will manage the company's financial accounts and reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness to support business objectives.

You will prepare financial statements, handle accounts payable and receivable, reconcile bank statements, process payroll, assist with budgeting and forecasting, and provide ad-hoc analysis to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in a senior accounting role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and reporting standards.
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Office.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Financial Accounting & Reporting regulations and best practices.

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Account Executive to join our growing finance team at Little Ones Big Impact Sdn Bhd in Puchong, Selangor. In this fulltime role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial accounts and reporting. You will play a key part in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial information and supporting our wider business objectives.

What you'll be doing

• Prepare and analyse financial statements, including profit and loss, balance sheets, and cash flow reports
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
• Process payroll and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting to support business decision-making
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and tax authorities

What we're looking for

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting or a related field
• At least 4 years' experience in a similar senior accounting role, preferably in the Accounting sector
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, practices, and reporting standards
• Proficient in the use of accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
