Job summary

Perdana ParkCity Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking an Accounts Executive to support the full spectrum of accounting and finance work, including compilation, consolidation and analysis of financial data for management decision making and statutory compliance.

You will record and maintain financial accounts, assist monthly and yearly closes, prepare balance sheets, monitor cash flow, and assist with tax estimations and annual reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience in accounting or finance.
• Experience in property development industry will be an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge or exposure to full set accounts.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and disciplined.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Able to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Record and maintain financial accounts to ensure accuracy and up-to-date records.
• Assist in monthly and yearly closing of company’s financial accounts.
• Prepare balance sheet schedules and perform AR and AP reconciliations.
• Monitor cash flow and assist in cash flow projection.
• Process treasury matters (petty cash, etc.).
• Assist in annual income tax return, tax estimation and analysis.
• Assist annual reporting adhering to audit requirements.
• Perform full spectrum of accounting for subsidiary companies.
