Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports for review.
• Monitor cash flow and outlet-level cost control across F&B outlets.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes and budgeting.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive to join our F&B operations team. The successful candidate will independently handle full set accounts, manage SST submissions, and act as the key liaison with external auditors and tax agents to ensure the company's financial and statutory compliance. This role suits a detail-oriented finance professional with hands-on experience in the F&B or retail industry who can work independently and meet deadlines.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation) for F&B kiosk operations
• Prepare and submit SST (Sales and Service Tax) returns in compliance with Royal Malaysian Customs Department requirements
• Liaise with external auditors during annual audit exercises, preparing schedules and supporting documents
• Liaise with tax agents on corporate tax computation, filing, and compliance matters
• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports for review
• Monitor cash flow, outlet-level cost control, and reconcile sales collections across multiple F&B outlets
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (LHDN, SST, Companies Act)
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes
• Assist in budgeting and variance analysis

Job Requirements
