Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain / Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of supply chain leadership experience in semiconductors.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional teams and delivering results.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic supply chain leadership for the Malaysia site.
• Oversee procurement, sourcing strategies, and supplier localization efforts.
• Manage demand and supply planning, inventory, and production continuity.
• Lead supplier relationship management with KPI-driven performance tracking.
• Optimize inbound/outbound logistics, freight, and warehousing costs.
• Drive cost reduction, productivity, and lean initiatives across the network.
• Ensure QMS compliance, audits, and continuous improvement activities.
• Lead risk management and business continuity planning with analytics.
