Job summary

SiTime in Ipoh, Malaysia seeks an Associate Test Development Engineer to support validation and deployment of production test solutions for ATE and oven-based trimming/calibration systems.

Working under engineers, you will collaborate with manufacturing, OSATs, and cross-functional teams to deliver stable test solutions, drive issue resolution, and continuously improve production line performance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in semiconductor test, manufacturing, automation, product engineering, or related technical fields is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support the validation and release of production test programs for Eagle ETS88 and oven-based trimming/calibration systems.
• Support New Product Introduction activities including test program development, correlation, yield monitoring, and production release.
• Perform test program verification, and optimization activities.
• Execute hardware, equipment, and system qualification activities related to test, including validation, correlation, and production release.
• Analyze test data to identify trends and support test optimization and root cause investigations.
