Michael Page International (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is partnering with a global semiconductor leader to recruit a senior engineer focused on developing and deploying test solutions on ATE platforms. The role involves close collaboration with international teams, troubleshooting, and optimizing test throughput to meet production targets.

The ideal candidate holds an engineering degree and has 7–10 years of semiconductor test experience, with hands-on test development and strong Teradyne/A TE expertise.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
• 7–10 years of semiconductor test or product engineering experience.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on test development experience.
• Strong experience with Teradyne or other Automated Test Equipment platforms.
• Exposure to UltraFLEX or UltraFLEXPlus platforms is highly desirable.
• Programming skills in test environments (C#, .NET, VBA advantageous).
• Experience in digital and high-power semiconductor device testing.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills with customers and stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% regionally.

Responsibilities

• Develop, debug, validate, and deploy semiconductor test solutions on ATE platforms.
• Support test program correlation, qualification, and production release activities.
• Optimise existing test solutions to improve yield, test time, and throughput.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and enhance testing methodologies.
• Provide on-site customer support and technical consultation.
• Gather customer requirements and translate them into development initiatives.
• Collaborate with global teams to achieve project objectives and timelines.
• Drive successful customer implementations and milestone deliveries.
