Job summary

SiTime Corp. seeks an Associate Test Development Engineer to support production test solutions for automated equipment and trimming/calibration systems.

You will work under engineering guidance with manufacturing, OSATs, and cross-functional teams to deliver stable test solutions and rapid issue resolution. The role emphasizes test program development, verification, and collaboration to improve yield and production efficiency across lines.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Electrical/Electronics/Computer/Mechatronics Engineering or related.
• Minimum 2 years in semiconductor test, manufacturing, automation, or related fields is advantageous.
• Familiarity with test equipment and data analysis concepts.

Responsibilities

• Support validation and release of production test programs for ETS88 and oven-based trimming systems.
• Assist NPI activities including test program development, correlation, yield monitoring, and production release.
• Conduct test program verification and optimization; support hardware and system qualification.
• Perform correlation studies and data collection for test system qualification.
• Collaborate with OSAT partners and cross-functional teams to drive improvements.
