Job summary

SiTime Corp. in Ipoh, Malaysia, is seeking a Test Development Engineer to join its MEMS timing test team.

You will develop and validate production test programs for ETS88 and oven-based trim/calibration, integrate test hardware, and support NPI and data-driven yield improvement across manufacturing. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics and minimum 5 years in semiconductor test, with C/C++ programming, data analysis, and familiarity with test equipment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechatronics or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in semiconductor test, automation, or related technical fields.

Responsibilities

• Develop, validate, and release production test programs for ETS88 and oven-based trimming/calibration systems.
• Assist in hardware bring-up, system integration, and debugging activities.
• Conduct test program debugging, optimization, and correlation studies.
