Qualifications

• Hands-on experience developing ATE test programs and patterns.
• Strong programming and scripting skills in C, C++, Java, Ruby, Perl, or Python.
• Understanding of JTAG, BIST, and HSIO concepts.

Responsibilities

• Partner with teams to ensure comprehensive IP content coverage.
• Build and maintain test program infrastructure.
• Conduct silicon characterization across various conditions.

Skills

Programming in C, C++, Java, Ruby, Perl, or Python

Experience with ATE test programs and Advantest 93K

Statistical analysis techniques

Version control systems

JTAG, BIST, and HSIO knowledge

Familiarity with Windows, Unix, and Linux

Understanding of modern computer architecture
