Job summary

JAC Recruitment International in Malaysia is seeking a driven B2B sales professional to drive demand for semiconductor and electronic components. You will hunt new customers and farm existing accounts while coordinating delivery, forecast, and stock management.

Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers, and regularly report to suppliers. A background of 2–3 years in semiconductor sales and an engineering diploma/degree, plus fluent English, are required for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales experience in semiconductor/electronic components.
• Experience in hunting and farming sales (new and existing accounts).
• Min 2–3 years of sales experience within the semiconductor industry.
• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Strong command of English, written and spoken.
• Hands-on capability in technical coordination and understanding.
• Strong problem-solving skills with solid product knowledge to sell on customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Drive demand creation for semiconductor and electronic components with customers.
• Support marketing activities and initiatives.
• Coordinate delivery support, including forecast and inventory/stock management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Prepare and provide regular reports to suppliers.
