You will work closely with Engineering, Production, and Procurement to align materials, technical needs, and timelines. The role requires a Diploma and Bachelor's degree in related fields, with 1–2 years in semiconductor planning preferred; fresh graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Possesses a Diploma and bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operational Research, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Preferably 1–2 years in semiconductor planning or related field; fresh graduates encouraged.
• Proficient in Excel, ERP or planner systems and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain detailed lot schedules to support production planning and on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Production, and Procurement to align schedules, materials, and technical needs.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication to resolve issues and ensure departmental alignment.
• Monitor day-to-day production progress, identify delays, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure BOMs, work instructions, and records are accurate and compliant with standards.
• Track production performance, highlight risks, issues and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare regular progress reports for management and customers with clear status and milestones.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and enhancements.
