Job summary

Responsibilities include developing daily to monthly schedules, reviewing forecasts and inventories, and coordinating with Material Planning and operations to minimize lead times and optimize capacity.

Qualifications

Knowledge of production planning, manufacturing processes, and quality control.
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Experience with MRP and production scheduling systems.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
Review demand forecasts, sales orders, and inventory levels to support production planning.
Monitor production WIP and adjust schedules when required.
Coordinate with Material Planning to ensure timely availability of materials and parts.
Communicate production plans with manufacturing and operations teams.
Track and report KPIs such as output, lead time, and inventory levels.
Identify and resolve production constraints and bottlenecks.
