Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
• Professional certification in production planning or supply chain management preferred
• Experience leading planning functions in complex manufacturing environments
• Advanced knowledge of planning methodologies, S&OP, and inventory management
• Experience in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing environments preferred

Responsabilités

• Lead strategic production planning for significant manufacturing areas to align with business objectives
• Direct master scheduling for complex semiconductor manufacturing operations
• Oversee demand integration with supply capabilities and develop S&OP processes
• Analyze production flows and cycle times to optimize WIP, buffers, and dispatching
• Develop planning performance metrics and dashboards for executive reporting
• Drive planning process improvements and implement advanced planning tools
