Job summary

PASSONA GROUP INC. is seeking an Inside Sales professional on a 1-year contract to provide daily sales support to customers and the Sales team in Malaysia.

Responsibilities include handling RFQ, quotations, order processing, data management, sales reporting and coordinating with internal departments and customers to drive revenue. 1 year contract, Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, Malaysia-based.

Qualifications

• Min. 1 year of relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Internal Sales & Customer Support: Communicate with customers/distributors, gather product/application information, prepare quotations, analyze sales trends, and identify opportunities for additional product sales with FAE support.
• RFQ & Quotation Processing: Review pricing, MOQ, packing, lead time, country of origin and market price; prepare and maintain quotations and pricing records in the system.
• Sample & Data Management: Process promotional sample requests, prepare invoices, arrange shipments, and provide customers with environmental/specification data.
• Quality Claim Support: Coordinate with Sales and FQE on quality claims, follow up on investigation reports, and provide updates to Sales.
• Sales Reporting: Prepare and maintain sales-related reports, databases and records to support sales activities.
• General Sales Support: Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Sales team, including coordination with internal departments and customers.
