Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics) or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with 1–2 years of working experience in the related field are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and referrals to expand the customer base for equipment sales.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Deliver compelling presentations, both technical and non-technical, tailored to suit customer requirements and communicate complex product features clearly.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to tailor equipment solutions that meet specific needs.
• Lead the sales process from initial inquiry through to final sale, including proposal preparation and pricing negotiations.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales opportunities, and progress.
• Regularly report sales metrics and achievements to management.
• Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by superior.
