Job summary

Infinecs Systems in Penang is seeking an experienced Program Manager – Design Services to lead end-to-end semiconductor design programs and guide cross-functional teams to deliver on schedule, budget, and quality.

You will drive proposals, manage budgets, and mentor engineers while expanding existing engagements and building long-term partnerships with customers and partners in industrial and automotive electronics.

Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end semiconductor design program delivery.
• Sufficient track record in project governance, budget, and quality control.
• Customer-facing or business development experience in semiconductor services is preferred.
• Strong communication with technical teams and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end semiconductor design service programs with scope, schedule, cost, and quality targets.
• Develop project plans, milestones, budgets, and delivery strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional engineering teams and manage risks, issues, and changes.
• Monitor performance with KPIs, reporting, and corrective actions.
• Drive resource allocation and utilization across multiple projects.
• Build strong customer relationships and identify growth opportunities.
• Develop proposals, statements of work, and commercial models with management.
• Support contracts, pricing, and commercial negotiations for profitable engagements.
• Grow the Design Services pipeline and revenue; mentor teams.
