Job summary

Qualifications

• BS/MS degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
• Experience in two or more semiconductor backend functions (Synthesis, DFT, Layout, Physical Verification, Reliability, Flow Development).
• 10+ years in semiconductor featuring backend deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Working with multi-time-zone locations of cross-functional teams from Design, Implementation, DFT, Layout, CAD and Mixed Signal domains.
• Planning, developing and tracking tasks across IP and SOC development, CAD flow development, Vendor Tools deployment, Post-Si test ecosystem.
• Establishing and facilitating the risk management process for new projects and initiatives by working with internal stakeholders to drive objectives.
• Conduct periodic meetings to collect status and facilitate inter-team task alignment.
• Effectively presenting project status to internal/external customers and bringing the feedback back to engineering teams.
• Ensure goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction and quality.
