10 years of experience in semiconductor-related industry.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee the overall development program, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, quality, performance and budget targets.
Drive program planning, governance, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional alignment for business outcomes.
Plan, govern and oversee delivery of the program’s outputs/products.
Lead the Development Program Team to support Business Division and Operations toward high performance.
Be responsible for Program Management in the development platform and alignment with targets (time-to-market, quality, performance, budget).
Oversee planning and progress monitoring of the overall program and deliverables.
Manage risks and issues and take corrective actions.
Communicate with stakeholders at a macro level and maintain main program documentation.
