Job summary

Renesas Electronics is seeking a Customer Service Representative to serve as the frontline support for order placement and fulfillment for direct and distribution customers. You will represent Renesas with customers, ensuring satisfaction through clear communication and effective problem resolution.

You will manage orders, support RMAs, review bookings and billing with Sales, and provide ad-hoc support on samples, questionnaires, and EHS/technical matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above with minimum 3 years in Customer Operations or Inside Sales (semiconductor).
• Customer service process knowledge and passion for delighting customers.
• Knowledge of order management systems: SAP, Model N, Oracle.
• Fluent in English and Chinese; Japanese a plus.
• Strong problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle standard order management including expedit es, pull ins, cancellations and push outs.
• Support RMA and other RMA related FA support.
• Review account bookings, backlog and billing with Sales.
• Provide ad-hoc support for sample tracking, customer questionnaires, and EHS/technical matters.
• Partner with Sales to manage Renesas communications with Distis/customers.
• Be Renesas contact for Distis and Sales on various topics.
