Job summary

Renesas Electronics is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Malaysia to be the frontline support for order placement and fulfilment for direct and distributor customers. You will ensure customers are satisfied and loyal through clear communication and effective problem resolution.

In this role you will handle RMA processes, review bookings and billing with Sales, and coordinate sample tracking and technical inquiries with distributors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above with 3+ years in customer operations or inside sales in semiconductors.
• Strong customer service process knowledge and passion for delighting customers.
• Experience with order management systems (SAP, Model N, Oracle) is preferred.
• Fluent in English and Chinese; Japanese a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Support RMA and RMA-related FA processes.
• Review account bookings, backlog and billing with Sales.
• Coordinate sample tracking for distributors and respond to customer questionnaires and EHS/technical matters.
• Partner with Sales to manage Renesas communications with distributors and customers.
• Serve as Renesas contact for distributors and Sales on various topics.
