Job summary

Newnormz is seeking a Google Ads (SEM) Specialist in Kuala Lumpur to own performance-driven search campaigns. You will manage high-intent Search and Performance Max initiatives, optimize keywords, test ad copies, and drive ROAS.

Collaboration with web and SEO teams will ensure landing page relevance and higher conversions. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years’ hands-on SEM experience, knowledge of Google Ads Manager, Keyword Planner, and GA4, and may hold a Google Ads Search Certification.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of hands-on Google Ads (SEM) campaign experience.
• Agency experience is a significant plus.
• Deep knowledge of Google Ads Manager, Google Keyword Planner and GA4.
• Google Ads Search Certification is preferred.
• Strong ability to explain SEM strategy and results clearly to internal teams and clients.
• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End SEM Management: Plan, build, and execute high-intent Search and Performance Max campaigns from the ground up.
• Optimization & Scaling: Conduct regular keyword research, A/B testing on ad copies, and bid management to lower CPA and increase ROAS.
• Data Analysis: Monitor and interpret performance metrics using Google Ads Manager and GA4 to provide actionable insights.
• Strategic Collaboration: Work with web development and SEO teams to optimize landing pages for maximum conversion and relevance.
• Client Reporting: Translate data into clear ROI-focused progress reports for clients.
• Stay Ahead: Keep pace with Google’s evolving algorithms and features to stay at SEM forefront.
