Job summary

TDCX is seeking a results-driven SEM Campaign Specialist to manage and optimize paid search campaigns across multiple platforms from its Malaysia office. You will shape bidding strategies, craft compelling ad copy, conduct keyword research, and monitor performance to drive conversions.

Ideal candidates bring a marketing mindset, familiarity with SEM tools, and strong English communication. The role offers growth through learning and development in a global BPO environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 2 years in related field preferred, but fresh graduates encouraged.
• Strong communication skills and flair for selling creative market solutions.
• Passionate about sales and online marketing.
• Comfortable with multiple systems and quick to learn new ones.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and local market language.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize ad campaigns across components (Ad Copy, bids, CPC, CPA, keywords).
• Develop and implement campaign strategies with keyword research.
• Create performance reports with optimization recommendations.
• Track spend in accounts and ensure budget alignment.
• Implement automation and new technologies to enhance SEM.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support QMS.
