Job summary

TDCX Malaysia is seeking a Digital Marketing Campaign Specialist to manage and optimize existing advertisement campaigns and help shape strategies to drive growth. You will focus on SEM components, keyword research, and performance analysis.

You will create reports, implement new technologies, and collaborate with teams to meet targets. A strong communication skillset and a passion for online marketing will help you excel in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• 2 years of related field experience preferred; fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication skills with ability to sell creative marketing solutions.
• Genuine interest in online marketing and sales.
• Comfortable with multiple systems and quick to learn new ones.
• Excellent written and spoken English and the local market language.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize existing advertisement campaign components including Ad Copy, Bid Prices, Cost per Conversion, Cost per Click, and Keyword Research
• Help create and implement campaign strategies including keyword research and analysis
• Create performance reports with recommendations for improvements
• Track funds in account and maintain conversation
• Implement new technologies and automation capabilities that enhance SEM efforts
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management within your category of employment
