Job summary

Shopee is seeking a driven Seller Growth Executive to expand adoption of the Fulfilled by Shopee (FBS) program in Malaysia. You will identify, engage, and convert sellers into active FBS users, thriving in a target-driven, performance-focused environment.

Responsibilities include proactive seller outreach, end-to-end onboarding, and prioritizing high-potential accounts based on data insights. Strong Mandarin and English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 1–2 years of sales, business development, e-commerce, or merchant acquisition experience preferred.
• Proven ability or strong interest in sales and outbound acquisition.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment with incentives.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets for tracking outreach and performance.
• Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and proactively reach out to target sellers to promote adoption of the FBS.
• Drive end-to-end conversion from initial contact to successful onboarding.
• Prioritize high-potential sellers based on data insights and business impact.
• Continuously identify new acquisition opportunities within assigned seller segments.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization:

• Track onboarding and activation performance of newly acquired sellers.
• Analyze seller adoption trends to improve outreach and conversion strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, e-commerce, or merchant acquisition is preferred.
• Proven ability or strong interest in sales and outbound acquisition activities.
