Job summary

Shopee Malaysia in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Seller Onboarding & Management specialist to engage, educate, and support sellers in adopting FBS, enhancing onboarding, and driving order growth.

You will monitor seller performance with strong analytical and communication skills, collaborate with internal teams to improve fulfillment efficiency, and contribute to KPI achievements in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Google Sheets.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Team player with drive to outperform KPIs.
• Experience in e-commerce, account management, or seller operations is a plus.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English.
