Job summary

The role leads a team of 6-8 Technical Officers, Engineers, and Technicians, coordinating resources and ensuring client satisfaction while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering or Computer Science.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Technical Department, including Projects and Maintenance.
• Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and system programming of security systems to required standards.
• Lead the end-to-end project implementation, service, and maintenance workflow.
• Supervise and develop a team of 6-8 Technical Officers, Engineers, and Technicians.
• Plan, organise and allocate manpower, equipment and resources for projects and maintenance.
• Prepare project scope, work plans, milestones and performance metrics.
• Monitor schedules, commitments and service performance for timely completion.
• Manage client interactions and expectations for optimal results.
• Seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and strengthen relationships.
• Understand each client's business objectives and operations.
• Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors and internal departments for smooth execution.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to resolve issues.
• Ensure progress and timely completion of all commitments.
• Identify improvements in methodologies and training programmes.
• Build strong technical relationships with customers.
