Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an Associate Engineer / Project Engineer to oversee security system deployment projects from execution to handover. You will bridge technical execution and project management, ensuring manpower is effectively managed, timelines are met, and client satisfaction remains high across sites.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of engineering experience or fresh graduates with a strong willingness to learn.
• Diploma or degree in Electrical/Electronic/Computer engineering or equivalent.
• Strong English and Bahasa Malaysia communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and hold a valid driving license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee end-to-end execution of electronic security system projects.
• Monitor project timelines and ensure milestones and handovers are met on schedule.
• Lead weekly internal and client progress reviews and coordinate on-site activities.
• Supervise on-site technical teams, subcontractors, and manpower allocations.
• Perform hands-on programming, system configuration, testing, and commissioning of access control and CCTV.
• Prepare technical documentation, SLD verification, testing sheets, and handover reports.
• Enforce safety guidelines and engineering standards across project sites.
