Job summary

Rahi Systems Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Security Operations System Administrator to support our Datacenter security team. The role focuses on managing Windows servers, troubleshooting networks, and maintaining CCTV, access control, and key management systems.

You will document activities, report incidents, and provide tier two support with local technicians while training customers on security best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role.
• Scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Python, Bash) is a plus.
• Strong Windows server and basic network troubleshooting knowledge.
• Experience with CCTV, access control, and key management systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Windows servers.
• Perform basic network troubleshooting to resolve connectivity issues.
• Manage CCTV systems (Genetec, Avigilon) for security monitoring.
• Administer Lenel access control for secure facilities.
• Keep security systems up to date and patched.
• Respond to security incidents with tier two support and local technicians.
• Document system status, incidents, and maintenance activities.
• Train customers on security system operations and best practices.
