Job summary

William Safeguards Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an Office-based Command Centre Operator in Kuala Lumpur to monitor CCTV in real-time, conduct remote surveillance, and respond to incidents following escalation procedures.

You will verify credentials for access control and log attendance, while producing management reports and supporting a multi-tasking security team. The role requires English proficiency and the ability to work as part of a team in a high-pressure environment.

• Proficient with security systems including VMS, access control and visitor management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• English proficiency (read/write/speak).

• Willing to learn and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV systems in real-time to identify suspicious activities or system anomalies.
• Execute remote surveillance and monitoring according to the schedule and log completion accurately.
• Detect and respond to incidents in accordance with escalation procedures.
• Perform access control functions by verifying credentials and authorising or denying entry remotely through security systems.
• Perform remote attendance taking for employees on site.
• Prepare and submit reports required by the Management.
• Any other duties as assigned by the Management.
