Job summary

Village Grocer Bandar Utama is seeking a Security Supervisor to oversee visitor monitoring systems, staff attendance checks, and entry-point procedures across the store.

You will patrol floors, manage cash handling covers with CIT, ensure safety gear and emergency exits are clear, and enforce attire SOPs while reporting any security concerns.

Controlling of Visitors Monitoring Systems.

Monitoring of staff attendance card.

Practicing on checking procedure at staff entrance as well at receiving bay.

Checking on disposal, breakage and cleaning wastage.

Performing full body check and bag carriage

Ensuring no staff hand phone is in the sales floor (only supervisor and above).

Controlling receiving traffics when needed.

Provide covers for cash handling and verification of CIT officers.

Patrolling on sales floor and storage or other area as advised by SSO.

Counter check on trolley and basket daily collection (opening & closing).

Informing SH/SM /AM on any illegal activities in the store.

Checking on all sales floor POS especially during closing hours.

Safety

Assist outlets in ensuring no blockage at all area of Fire Fighting Equipment tools and Emergency Exit Doors.

Alertness on safety issues of the floor.

Ensuring all staff is following attires SOP’s without fail.

Acknowledge on all FFE location.

Lead outlet staff on safety awareness.

Detecting any risk potential and preventive measures.
