Job summary

Credit Bureau Malaysia is seeking a security personnel to conduct safety checks and ensure a secure environment at Sunway Carnival Mall in Seberang Jaya, Penang. Responsibilities include monitoring activities, reporting incidents, and maintaining safety in the mall and surrounding areas.

The ideal candidate must have at least a minimum SPM qualification and be proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Physical fitness and the ability to work in shifts are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Competent in writing and communicating in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Physically fit and capable of working in shifts.
• Experience in security operations is an advantage.

Job description

To conducts safety checks and other related activities to provide and maintain a safe environment.

To reports any suspicious or criminal activity/ damage / accident / incident to the officer on duty for next appropriate line of action.

To prevents any criminal activity/ damage / accident / incident as well as vandalism from happening in the shopping mall and its surrounding areas.

To patrol the common area in the mall and car park and take the appropriate security measures in ensuring the complex / tenant / customer safety.

To patrol and visit all designated checkpoints and security visit books as in the daily roster.

Requirements

Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.

Competent in writing and communicating in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Prior experience in security operations would be an added advantage.

Prompt, physically fit, and has capacity to work in shifts.

Demonstrates ability to work in a team

Willing to be based in Sunway Carnival Mall ( Seberang Jaya, Penang)
