Job summary

Kingsmen Projects Pte Ltd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Safety Supervisor cum Operations to oversee site safety and support day-to-day project operations. You will work with project teams to ensure safe working practices, regulatory compliance and smooth site execution.

You will lead safety briefings, conduct site inspections, maintain records and coordinate with contractors to address safety and operational issues. Travel to project sites as required.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid Safety Supervisor Certificate.
• Have a relevant Degree in Engineering, Construction or related discipline.
• Experience in construction, site operations or safety.
• Strong knowledge of workplace safety requirements and site practices.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and manage site matters.
• Willing to travel to project sites as required.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Safety Supervisor cum Operations to oversee site safety and support the day-to-day operations of our projects. The role will work closely with the project team to ensure safe working practices, smooth site operations and compliance with relevant requirements.

A Day in the Life:

Oversee and monitor safety practices and procedures at project sites.

Conduct regular site inspections and follow up on any safety concerns or non-compliance.

Conduct safety briefings, toolbox meetings and other safety-related activities.

Support the day-to-day operations and coordination of project sites.

Identify and resolve site or operational issues where required.

Ensure the project team is in compliance with applicable safety and regulatory requirements.

Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

What We Are Looking For:

Possess a valid Safety Supervisor Certificate.

Possess a relevant Degree in Engineering, Construction or a related discipline.

Relevant experience in construction, site operations or safety.

Good knowledge of workplace safety requirements and construction site practices.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Able to work independently and manage site matters effectively.

Willing to travel to and work at project sites as required.

Preferred

Experience in handling CIDB-related matters and is a CIDB-registered contractor.

Experience in both safety and construction/site operations.

Experience with CIDB Technical Personnel requirements.
