Job summary

ZAFRAN SECURITY SERVICES SDN. BHD. is seeking a seasoned Security Operations Manager to oversee multiple security projects/sites in Selangor.

You will lead security personnel, ensure high-quality service delivery, and maintain client satisfaction across all sites. The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to respond to incidents promptly. • 3–5 years of experience in security operations.
• Experience managing multiple security projects/sites.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage manpower and handle client complaints professionally.
• Willing to travel and conduct site inspections.
• Good knowledge of security operations, incident management and site supervision.
• Good report writing and computer skills.
• Possess valid driving licence.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise several security projects/sites simultaneously.
• Oversee daily security operations and ensure smooth service delivery at all assigned sites.
• Manage manpower deployment, attendance, replacement and operational coverage.
• Supervise and monitor the performance of Security Supervisors and Security Officers.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with company SOP, client requirements and contractual obligations.
• Liaise directly with clients / management representatives regarding operational matters, complaints and service requirements.
• Manage and coordinate security incidents, investigations and emergency situations.
• Monitor project performance, manpower requirements, client satisfaction and operational KPIs.
• Ensure proper preparation and submission of operational, incident and inspection reports.
• Identify operational issues and implement appropriate CAPA.
• Ensure security personnel comply with company policies, site instructions and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with HQ, HR, Recruitment and other departments to resolve operational and manpower issues.
• Provide regular operational updates and reports to Senior Management.

Requirements:

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in security operations / private security services.

Experience managing multiple security projects/sites is highly preferred.
