Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Customer Service Representative to resolve security system issues.
• Deliver comprehensive support including preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, upgrades, and training.
• Create system diagrams using AutoCAD.
• Build strong client partnerships and maintain service contracts.
• Ensure service quality by following company standards and regional processes.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and address daily troubleshooting needs.
• Follow up on all open technical issues until resolution.
